“The Yoga Series” was designed for people who want to look at their own practice with care.

What is The Yoga Series?

A semi-private yoga journey for small groups of up to 4 people.

We meet weekly and practice together for 90-min, gradually developing an understanding of the practice applied to your own body.

This isn’t a drop-in class. This is a shared journey — where repetition, guidance and presence create real change in your own personal practice.


How The Journey Unfolds

  • If you’re curious but not quite sure yet, you’re welcome to book a short discovery call with me.
    It’s simply a space to ask questions about the programme and feel into whether this journey is right for you.

  • Once you join the series, we begin with a 15-minute one-to-one conversation.
    This is your space to share your experience so far, any injuries or concerns, and what you’re hoping to cultivate through your practice.

  • We then meet once a week for a 90-minute session in the studio.


    Each class follows a shared theme, while allowing space for individual needs, questions, and adaptations.

    Over time, familiarity grows — with your movements, your breath, and with yourself.

  • Between sessions, yoga continues quietly.
    Through awareness, kindness, and small moments of reflection, the practice begins to weave into daily life — how you move, breathe, and meet the world.

    You’ll also have access to a private WhatsApp group, and receive a personal yoga reflection from me during the journey.

    We will discuss your development and how you are feeling during the course.

  • The 8-week series is not an endpoint, but a foundation.

    By the end of the journey, you’ll have a clearer sense of your practice and what you need to continue growing. From there, we can explore what feels most aligned for you — whether that’s continuing as a group, working one-to-one, or simply integrating what you’ve learned into your weekly classes.

  • The cost of the programme is £320. However, there are payment options:

    Full payment of £299

    Two instalments of £160
