“I have recently joined Yoga with Flo. I am quite new to Penrith and returning to yoga after a few years. To be honest, after such a long break, I was both nervous and anxious about restarting. Flo was helpful and put me at ease when I first contacted her. So, I decided to sign up for 4 sessions. I have just come to the end of these sessions and I can’t wait for the next block.
Flo is a great teacher. She is both encouraging and supportive, guiding us through each session at a gentle pace, which is suitable for everyone.
