Weekly Group Classes

A space to move, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Through mindful movement, breath, and moments of stillness, these classes are designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected—both on and off the mat.

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

Classes available

in Kendal at Fellside Centre;

in Penrith at Soulands Studio.

£12 per class, or find the membership option that works best for you.


Private Sessions

Sometimes the most meaningful yoga happens in a smaller, more personal setting.

Whether you're completely new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, or planning a special event, I offer tailored yoga sessions designed around the people in the room.

Each class is created to meet your needs, goals, and energy on the day. You might be looking to build strength and confidence, improve mobility, reduce stress or anxiety, learn the foundations of yoga, or simply carve out time to reconnect with yourself.

Private sessions are available for individuals, small groups, workplaces, retreats, celebrations, and wellbeing events.
