Gentle Vinyasa

The linking of different postures through the breath. The synchronisation of breath and movements, which are performed in a sequence. Vinyasa is a movement meditation.

Vinyasa Flow

A modern style of yoga where Hatha poses are organised into fixed sequences and linked together through a breath-based flow. You will find creative movement and a chance to step outside of your comfort zone.
