Hello!
I’m Flo, a yoga teacher offering calm, thoughtful practices rooted in presence, awareness, and accessibility. I believe yoga should feel personal, empowering, and sustainable.
My teaching focuses on:
meeting each body where it is
encouraging curiosity rather than perfection
creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported
I was always encouraged by my teachers to create a self-practice where I can listen to my body, connect with myself, and find calm within me in moments of need—I would love for you to have the same. I also believe in community and learning together.
