What is The Yoga Series?

The Yoga Series is a semi-private, yoga journey designed for small groups of up to four people.

We meet once a week for a 90-minute guided practice, allowing time to move slowly, ask questions, and truly understand what you are doing — and why.

This is not a drop-in class. It’s a progressive, supportive journey, where repetition, personal guidance, and continuity help you build confidence and connection in your own practice.

Over the weeks, yoga becomes something you understand, not just follow. The practice is always adapted to your body, your experience, and your needs — so you can feel safe, supported, and at ease.

Why this series is different

Most yoga classes are designed to suit many people at once. This series is different.

Because the group is small, you receive ongoing personal attention, gentle corrections, and tailored guidance every week. I get to know how you move, where you need support, and what helps you feel more confident.

Rather than rushing from pose to pose, we take time to:

  • explore alignment and options

  • repeat key movements so the body can learn

  • understand breath, transitions, and intention

  • build strength, mobility, and awareness gradually

This creates real, lasting change — not just physically, but in how you relate to your body and your practice.


How The Journey Unfolds

  • Before the start of your journey, we meet for a short one-to-one check-in.

    This is a space to talk about:

    • your experience with yoga

    • injuries, concerns, or limitations

    • what you hope to gain from the series

    This allows me to tailor the practices with you in mind — from day one.

  • Each week, we meet for a live, in-person session with the group.

    Classes are:

    • steady and well-paced

    • guided with clear explanations

    • adaptable to different bodies and abilities

    Over time, we build familiarity with the practice, so you don’t feel lost or rushed. You might notice yourself moving with more ease, confidence and awareness — both on and off the mat.

  • Between sessions, you are supported beyond the studio.

    You will have access to:

    • a private WhatsApp group for the series

    • space to ask questions or share reflections

    • gentle reminders, suggestions, and encouragement

    Yoga doesn’t end when class finishes — and neither does the support.

Each month we will explore a Yoga pose and the fundamentals of that pose:

foundation > breath > space > drishti (focus)

About the teacher

Hi! I’m Flo, a yoga teacher offering calm, thoughtful practices rooted in presence, awareness, and accessibility.

My teaching focuses on:

  • meeting each body where it is

  • encouraging curiosity rather than perfection

  • creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported

I believe yoga should feel personal, empowering, and sustainable — and this series is an extension of that philosophy.
